Call Center for MD Integrations Telehealth Brands

MDI supplies the doctors. Your brand still answers the phone.

MD Integrations gives a brand a 50-state network of physicians, prescribing and pharmacy routing through a no-code setup or an API. Everything around the visit stays with your brand: the storefront, the subscription, the customer service. Rapid Phone Center runs that customer-facing layer.

Does MD Integrations handle customer service for my brand?

No. MD Integrations is a clinician network: it provides physicians, prescribing and pharmacy routing, and we found no patient support offering. Order questions, billing, cancellations and sales calls stay with the brand. Rapid Phone Center provides agents for those calls and routes clinical questions to your MDI clinicians.

  • Inbound order, refill and shipping calls
  • Billing, refund and subscription changes
  • Intake and checkout abandonment calls
  • Cancellation saves and win-back
  • Shopify or WooCommerce order lookups
  • Clinical questions routed to MDI clinicians

How MD Integrations brands are set up

Where MD Integrations stops and your brand starts

A typical MDI brand runs its own Shopify or WooCommerce store with MDI's plug-in, or connects through MDI's API. The brand designs the intake, sets prices, bills the subscription and owns support. MDI's physicians review cases and prescribe, and orders route to a partner pharmacy. That leaves a clear gap between the clinical visit and the customer relationship.

Real call types

What MD Integrations patients call your brand about

Most calls are about timing, money and next steps, not medicine. Agents answer from your approved policies and route the rest.

01 / MD INTEGRATIONS BRANDS

Approved but not shipped

The patient's case was approved, but the order is still waiting at the pharmacy. The agent looks up the order in your store, explains the pharmacy step and promises a follow-up time you approved, not a guess.

02 / MD INTEGRATIONS BRANDS

An intake started, never finished

A visitor completed half the intake on your Shopify store. With consent on file, an agent calls within your speed-to-lead window, answers non-clinical questions about price and shipping and sends the intake link.

03 / MD INTEGRATIONS BRANDS

β€œCan I switch medications?”

The agent recognizes a clinical request, explains that a physician decides, and logs the request where your MDI clinicians will see it.

Illustrative workflows, not client case studies or reported results.

Clinical escalation

How clinical questions get back to MD Integrations' clinicians

Our agents never answer medical questions. The escalation path is agreed in writing and tested before go-live.

  1. Agent hears a clinical request (switching medication, side effects, dose).
  2. Agent explains a physician decides and gives no advice.
  3. Agent logs the request through the messaging channel your MDI setup uses.
  4. Emergency symptoms follow your emergency script.
  5. Agent confirms how the patient will hear back.

What our agents do and don't do

Our agents do

  • Explain order, pharmacy and shipping status in approved wording
  • Handle billing, subscription and refund requests under your policies
  • Run consented outbound recovery, renewal and win-back calls
  • Log clinical questions for licensed clinicians

Our agents don't

  • Give medical advice, dosing or side-effect guidance
  • Interpret lab results or eligibility decisions
  • Make efficacy, weight-loss or outcome claims
  • Speak for MD Integrations or claim to be its staff

Compliance: outbound calls and texts follow TCPA consent rules, subscription saves follow ROSCA and state auto-renewal laws, and patient information is handled only within the access and business-associate terms your program approves. Your compliance team owns the program.

From our floor

2022

Supporting telehealth brands since the start

Since 2022 we've supported brands that plug a clinician network like MDI into their own store. These brands move fast and often launch before support is staffed, so refill and shipping calls hit the founders' inboxes. We start with inbound coverage and a clean escalation path, then add outbound programs.

Metrics to agree on before launch

How MD Integrations brands measure brand-side support
Metric How to measure it
Clinical routing accuracy Share of sampled calls where medical questions were routed to clinicians instead of answered.
Saved subscriptions Cancellation requests that ended in a kept or paused plan, divided by all cancellation requests.
Recovered intakes and payments Abandoned intakes completed and failed payments updated after outreach.
Repeat status calls Patients calling more than once about the same order, a sign proactive updates are needed.
Answer time and resolution Time to answer and share of calls resolved without a callback.

What to prepare

  • Written order and pharmacy status definitions from your MD Integrations setup
  • Your clinical escalation channel and emergency script
  • Refund, cancellation and save-offer policies
  • Consent records for outbound calls and texts
  • Access to your store, subscription and support tools with minimum permissions
