Human agents for the calls your OpenLoop setup leaves with your brand.
OpenLoop gives a brand clinicians, pharmacy, compliance and a launch platform. The patient still thinks of your brand as the company they bought from, so billing questions, shipment delays, cancellations and βis this right for meβ calls land on your team. Rapid Phone Center staffs that layer.
Support for the patient conversations that happen around the clinical visit.

Does OpenLoop provide customer service for my brand?
Partly. OpenLoop provides clinicians, coaching and a patient support line, and in July 2026 it bought Hey Revia, an AI voice platform for patient calls. What it does not run is your brand's sales, retention and account-level customer service. Rapid Phone Center supplies trained human agents for those calls, with every clinical question routed back to OpenLoop's clinicians.

How OpenLoop brands are set up
Where OpenLoop stops and your brand starts
Brands on OpenLoop usually own the storefront, marketing, pricing and the customer relationship, while OpenLoop's clinicians run visits and prescribing and its pharmacy partners fill orders. Some brands launch through OpenLoop's self-serve Launchpad; others connect their own storefront. The split varies by contract, so we map it with you before launch.
Write this split down before launch. When nobody owns a call type, patients get bounced between your brand and the platform.

Real call types
What OpenLoop patients call your brand about
Most calls are about timing, money and next steps, not medicine. Agents answer from your approved policies and route the rest.
01 / OPENLOOP BRANDS
βWhere is my medication?β
A patient was approved three days ago and has no tracking number. The agent checks the order status you share, explains the pharmacy step in approved wording and sets a callback if the order is stuck. No guessing about why a prescription is delayed.
02 / OPENLOOP BRANDS
A cancellation after the first month
The patient wants to cancel because of cost. The agent confirms the account, presents the save offers you approved, and processes the cancellation if the patient still wants it. Questions about dose or side effects go to an OpenLoop clinician.
03 / OPENLOOP BRANDS
An AI call that needs a person
Your AI voice agent can't resolve a billing dispute. The call transfers to a live agent with the context attached, so the patient doesn't start over.
Illustrative workflows, not client case studies or reported results.
Clinical escalation
How clinical questions get back to OpenLoop's clinicians
Our agents never answer medical questions. The escalation path is agreed in writing and tested before go-live.
Agent identifies a clinical question (symptoms, side effects, dosing, eligibility).
Agent stops, tells the patient a licensed clinician will follow up, and does not advise.
Agent logs the question in the channel your OpenLoop program uses for clinician messages.
Urgent symptoms follow your emergency script, including directing the patient to 911.
Agent confirms the patient's preferred contact method and closes the call.
What our agents do and don't do
Our agents do
Explain order, pharmacy and shipping status in approved wording
Handle billing, subscription and refund requests under your policies
Run consented outbound recovery, renewal and win-back calls
Log clinical questions for licensed clinicians
Our agents don't
Give medical advice, dosing or side-effect guidance
Interpret lab results or eligibility decisions
Make efficacy, weight-loss or outcome claims
Speak for OpenLoop or claim to be its staff
Compliance: outbound calls and texts follow TCPA consent rules, subscription saves follow ROSCA and state auto-renewal laws, and patient information is handled only within the access and business-associate terms your program approves. Your compliance team owns the program.
Since 2022 we've supported telehealth brands built on full-stack platforms like OpenLoop. The pattern repeats: the platform's clinical side runs well, while the brand-side calls about billing, timing and cancellations pile up with nobody assigned to them. We build that queue around your policies first, then add outbound recovery once inbound is stable.
Does OpenLoop provide customer service for telehealth brands?
OpenLoop provides clinicians, coaching and a patient support line, and it added AI voice calls through its July 2026 purchase of Hey Revia. Brand-level sales, retention and account service usually stay with the brand, which is the work Rapid Phone Center staffs.
Is Rapid Phone Center affiliated with OpenLoop?
No. Rapid Phone Center is an independent call center. We support brands that run on OpenLoop and other platforms; OpenLoop does not endorse or sponsor our services. See the disclaimer.
Can your agents answer medical questions for OpenLoop patients?
No. Agents are non-clinical. Questions about symptoms, side effects, dosing or eligibility are routed to the licensed clinicians in your OpenLoop program.
Can you work alongside an AI voice agent?
Yes. We can take overflow and escalations from an AI agent, so patients reach a person when the AI can't resolve the call.
What calls do OpenLoop brands usually outsource first?
Order and shipment status, billing questions and cancellation requests come first, followed by outbound recovery for abandoned intakes and failed renewal payments.
How long does setup take?
Setup time depends on your scripts, systems access and call volume. We map the OpenLoop and brand responsibilities with you first, then train agents on your approved language.
