Rapid Phone Center / Telehealth Platforms

Call Center for Rimo Telehealth Brands

Rimo runs the store and the clinical network. Patients still call you.

Rimo is a flat-fee telehealth platform: white-label ecommerce plus a managed 50-state clinical network and pharmacy routing. Providers message patients and orders are tracked in a portal, but phone support, retention and sales calls stay with the brand. Rapid Phone Center staffs them.

Does Rimo provide customer service for my brand?

No. Rimo provides white-label ecommerce, a managed clinical network and pharmacy routing; providers message patients and a portal tracks orders. Phone support, cancellations, billing and sales calls stay with the brand. Rapid Phone Center provides agents for those calls and routes clinical questions to Rimo's provider network.

  • Phone support for orders and billing
  • Cart and payment recovery
  • Cancellation save desk
  • Win-back outreach
  • Chat, email and SMS coverage
  • Clinical questions routed to Rimo's providers

How Rimo brands are set up

Where Rimo stops and your brand starts

Rimo brands launch on its white-label store and use its managed clinical network and pharmacy routing for a flat fee. Patients can message providers and track orders in the portal, but phone calls about orders, money and cancellations come to the brand. We pick up those calls with your policies.

Real call types

What Rimo patients call your brand about

Most calls are about timing, money and next steps, not medicine. Agents answer from your approved policies and route the rest.

01 / RIMO BRANDS

“The portal says processing”

A patient calls because the order has said processing for days. The agent explains the status in your approved wording and sets a follow-up.

02 / RIMO BRANDS

Failed payment

The renewal card failed. With consent on file, the agent calls and sends your secure payment link.

03 / RIMO BRANDS

A side-effect concern

The agent routes it to the provider network through the portal messaging path and gives no advice.

Illustrative workflows, not client case studies or reported results.

Clinical escalation

How clinical questions get back to Rimo's clinicians

Our agents never answer medical questions. The escalation path is agreed in writing and tested before go-live.

  1. Agent identifies a clinical question.
  2. Agent tells the patient a provider will respond and gives no advice.
  3. Agent routes it through the provider messaging path your Rimo setup uses.
  4. Emergency symptoms follow your emergency script.
  5. Agent logs the hand-off.

What our agents do and don't do

Our agents do

  • Explain order, pharmacy and shipping status in approved wording
  • Handle billing, subscription and refund requests under your policies
  • Run consented outbound recovery, renewal and win-back calls
  • Log clinical questions for licensed clinicians

Our agents don't

  • Give medical advice, dosing or side-effect guidance
  • Interpret lab results or eligibility decisions
  • Make efficacy, weight-loss or outcome claims
  • Speak for Rimo or claim to be its staff

Compliance: outbound calls and texts follow TCPA consent rules, subscription saves follow ROSCA and state auto-renewal laws, and patient information is handled only within the access and business-associate terms your program approves. Your compliance team owns the program.

From our floor

2022

Supporting telehealth brands since the start

Since 2022 we've supported telehealth brands that run lean on flat-fee platforms like Rimo. Portals answer some questions, but many patients still pick up the phone. We give those brands a staffed line without building a support team.

Metrics to agree on before launch

How Rimo brands measure brand-side support
Metric How to measure it
Clinical routing accuracy Share of sampled calls where medical questions were routed to clinicians instead of answered.
Saved subscriptions Cancellation requests that ended in a kept or paused plan, divided by all cancellation requests.
Recovered intakes and payments Abandoned intakes completed and failed payments updated after outreach.
Repeat status calls Patients calling more than once about the same order, a sign proactive updates are needed.
Answer time and resolution Time to answer and share of calls resolved without a callback.

What to prepare

  • Written order and pharmacy status definitions from your Rimo setup
  • Your clinical escalation channel and emergency script
  • Refund, cancellation and save-offer policies
  • Consent records for outbound calls and texts
  • Access to your store, subscription and support tools with minimum permissions
